Cincinnati chapter of Girl Develop It
Location: The Brandery (1411 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45202) in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood
Details: The Cincinnati chapter of Girl Develop It (GDI) currently accepting resumes for paid instructor positions and volunteers for teaching assistants. Course curriculum, materials, and syllabus are pre-defined and published by GDI . Instructors will be responsible for teaching students pre-designated course curriculum during class times. Since Instructors assume a paid position, please expect a brief in-person interview with the local chapter organizer and a phone/virtual interview with the GDI Founders.

Dayton Regional STEM Center (DRSC) is seeking Industry Fellow volunteers
Location: Montgomery County Educational Services Center (200 South Keowee Street, Dayton OH)
Details: Dayton Regional STEM Center (DRSC) is an organization that brings local K-12 teachers together with higher education and business partners to create problem-based learning lessons that any teacher could use in his/her classroom. Volunteer Industry Fellows (anyone working in STEM fields) are needed to work with a group of teachers twice a month from September – May to write STEM-based lesson plans at the DRSC facility in downtown Dayton. The STEM Fellows are a great group of innovative teachers that love to learn about cool technology and how things are done in the “real world” of STEM-related careers.
