About our Speaker:
Matthew G. Marvin, M.Ed, SPHR is an inventive consultant, an effective executive coach, and a powerful speaker. With over 15 years as a Human Resources leader, Matthew has developed and implemented breakthrough strategies in the areas of Training & Development, Individual and Team Performance, Organizational Development, and Leadership Effectiveness. Matt’s areas of expertise include executive coaching, training & development, organizational dynamics, team coaching and effectiveness, group facilitation, change management, and both individual & team performance.
Matthew is President & CEO of MGM Consulting and holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal & Public Communications with a minor in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Matthew is also an Adjunct Professor at Xavier University where he teaches Human Resources Principles and Practices to Graduate Level Students. He also has international experience that spans the globe to include working with individuals and teams in Canada, London, Holland, Japan, and Israel.
